We cover almost entire world. We ship worldwide except Russia, Israel and Africa.

We accept all major credit cards as well as payments via PayPal. We also accept bank wire to company acccount for bulk / wholesale orders.

All custom made jackets (with or without lettering) ship in 15 working days and takes 3-5 working days to deliver. We always try to meet our internal dead line. Some times when something is out of stock it may take couple of days to get the right material for your jacket.

Yes, Clothoo reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances. If the uploaded artwork is deemed not feasible for production, if attempts to communicate with the customer regarding the order go unanswered, or if there's a discrepancy between the billing and shipping addresses that aren't rectified through verification, Clothoo may cancel the order.

Additionally, in instances where the artwork is excessively complex, contains too many colors or gradients that are unattainable for embroidery but could be achieved through sublimation printing, Clothoo holds the right to cancel the order if the customer insists on embroidery for such designs. These conditions are in place to ensure the quality and feasibility of the final product.

Yes, we do. All of our jackets follow Standard American Unisex sizing, check our size guide. If you normally wear a medium in the United States, order a medium from us.

If your measurements are different, just choose the closest size. For an extra $20, we can adjust the jacket to your exact measurements and make a custom-sized varsity or bomber jacket.

All of our varsity jackets are true to size and we have an accurate sizing chart. Our jackets do not run small. However you can request a size sample before making any purchase. $50 will be charged and we can dispatch any in-stock jacket sizing purpose.

Yes, using our jacket builder you can write individual names on the chest or back of the custom senior varsity jacket and hoodies.

Our jacket builder creates a digital design proof. however if you wish to use specific embroidery sizes or have special instructions, please leave us a note right below the jacket builder and request for design sheet approval. Our designer will create an embroidery sheet with sizes and will get your approval.

Normally we require 3-4 weeks for producing a customized garment and delivery takes around 4-5 working days. If you have urgent requirements, you can design a jacket and add to cart. Our jacket builder removes all backgrounds of custom artwork and logos. However if you see design is being cut and the jacket builder removes the internal background then uncheck the box and upload a design. You can write a note for our designers to remove the outer background.

Satin sublimated jackets will have direct print on the fabric. Note: Complex artwork or artwork with too many colors and gredients are impossible to embroider. We will do sublimation print and then attach as patch. If you have complex artwork get in touch with our support team prior to order. Custom jackets are usually non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We make each jacket based on your chosen colors and embroidery. Before shipping, we send you photos for approval. Please review these photos carefully. Make sure you're 100% sure before placing your order.

To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours via email or Facebook Messenger. There is a cancelation fee of $25 USD. We require your 5 digit order number to cancel your order.

A refund will be issued in a few days.

We take garment's high quality photos for all angels before dispatch. Our quality control team inspect each garment before packing. Normally there is no production fault when we ship the jacket.

Do not worry if it's a manufacturing fault it will be covered free of cost. Please share a photo of the jacket within 24 hours of receiving your item. Our team will inspect the photo(s) and get back to you with a solution.
